Conference Organizers
For events where scientific or medical posters are to be displayed we can provide:
1) A free linked listing with up to 50 words of descriptive text and logo (130x60 pixels) in our Upcoming Events section. For example:

Bio/PharMOS 6th edition combines an exhibition and a conference in a global networking event focusing on development & manufacturing contract services for pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals. The exhibition showcases a wide and diverse range of technologies and the conference presents innovative solutions to current challenges in healthcare delivery.

2) A glass plaque award with printed certificate for the Best Poster presented at the conference. The criteria and decision for the best poster rests with the scientific committee appointed by the organizers. This may be either exclusive to ePosters.net or in addition to established sponsorships already in place for your meeting.
In return we require that you:
1) Provide a reciprocal linked logo and text as below, under the heading “Poster Sponsors”. This should appear either on your conference home page or a page dedicated to poster submissions:
Posters presented at this conference are eligible to be uploaded free of charge onto ePosters.net for worldwide access post-event. Visit the website for more information. ePosters.net will provide an award and certificate for the best poster presented at the meeting.
2) Send individual emails personally inviting each presenter to upload their poster onto ePosters.net for worldwide exposure post-event. You will be given a unique conference ID number which they can enter during the uploading process. This will ensure that any submissions received prior to the event will not be displayed until after the conference has ended. If you are interested in such a contra deal please contact us.
