Abstract: Culturing and direct online morphological observation of human cells1 is important in several biomedical research areas, including drug screening, stem cell research, zygote research and biomaterials science. We have realized a micro cell culture chip that meets the fastidious demands of human cell culturing2.
The transparency of the chip and implementation of continuous media perfusion enabled long term cell culturing2 and real time morphological observations directly on the microscope stage.
