Abstract: Altered creanine levels can be an indicator of kidney dysfuncon or other medical condions that result in lower renal blood flow such as in diabetes or cardiovascular disease. The measure of serum and urine creanine levels is an important clinical test for renal disease and dysfuncon. Creanine assay kits can measure creanine levels in samples. Creave Enzymes provides high-quality creanase, creaninase, and sarcosine oxidase, which are raw materials for creanine assay kits.Summary: Creanase (EC 184.108.40.206) is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reacon: creane + H2O↔ sarcosine + urea. This enzyme belongs to the family of hydrolases, those acng on carbon-nitrogen bonds other than pepde bonds, specifically in linear amidines. Creanase accelerates the conversion reacon of creane and water molecule to sarcosine and urea. It always acts in homodimer state and is induced by choline chloride.References: https://www.creative-enzymes.com/pdf/com/Creatinase-Creatininase-and-Sarcosine-Oxidase-creative-enzymes.pdf
