Poster Information
Abstract: Enzymes are proteins or RNAs that are produced by living cells and are highly specific and highly catalytic for their substrates. The catalysis of enzymes depends on the integrity of the primary structure and spatial structure of the enzyme molecule. If the enzyme molecule is denatured or the subunits are depolymerized, the enzyme activity can be lost. Enzymes are biological macromolecules, with a molecular mass of at least 10,000 and up to one million.
