Abstract: Stem cells possess the ability of self-renewal and multi-lineage differentiation. However, conventional biological assays usually take weeks to months to identify the stem cell fates. Here we present a high content imaging based profiling platform that enables identifying stem cell phenotypes at much early time points. This platform could help monitor and even predict the long term fate of stem cells.
