Poster Information
Abstract: Biocatalysis is the use of living systems or their components to accelerate chemical reactions. In the process of biocatalysis, natural catalysts (such as enzymes) chemically transform organic compounds. These two enzymes that have been more or less isolated and those that are still present in living cells are both used. The process of organic synthesis using natural or modified enzymes is called chemical enzymatic synthesis. Reactions performed by enzymes are classified as chemical enzymatic reactions.
