Abstract: RT-PCR was performed. In each experiment studied cDNA with primers for a target gene and similar sampled with primers for comparing gene, each sample was placed onto a plate. Microarray analysis was then performed and data was acquired and analysed.Summary: The present study was performed to detect the key genes involved in the hypertensive phenotype manifestation in the ISIAH rats with inherited stress-induced arterial hypertension.
