The development relates to the field of nanotechnology and nanomaterials, a method for producing nano-carbon materials - functional graphene oxide FR - Oxygraphenes and can be used in many branches of the nano industry in the manufacture of nanoelectric devices, chemical current sources, composites, catalysts, lubricants, protective coatings, etc.
Functional nanocarbon materials currently exist in all dimensions (from 0D quantum dots to bulk three-dimensional materials), they show good stability and other specific properties, and find applications in various industries.
The functionalization of nanocarbon materials by alloying the carbon matrix with heteroatoms is one of the most promising and versatile ways to improve the characteristics of nanocarbon materials. However, the mechanisms of the doping effects have not yet been sufficiently studied, the technology of doping nanocarbon with heteroatoms is rather complicated, and the high production cost hinders the widespread commercial use of functionalized materials based on nanocarbon. Functionalization of nanocarbon matrices with oxygen affects the elemental composition, structure, properties and characteristics of nanocarbon materials.
The results of research and development of new functional materials based on nanosized modifications of carbon FR - oxygraphenes are presented.
A highly economical, environmentally friendly method for the production of nanocarbon material FR- Oxygraphene has been developed.
FR - Oxygraphenes - a new nanosized carbon material synthesized by low-temperature catalytic oxidative pyrolysis of structured
polymeric substances containing heterocyclic carbon units.
FR - Oxygrafens are a new kind of allotropic modification of carbon, an analogue of graphite oxide containing 94-96% C, 4-6%, O, and a precursor for the production of graphene.
The aim of this work is to develop an innovative method for producing high-quality functionalized graphene oxide FR - Oxygraphenes, which is a new type of allotropic modification of carbon with a unique composition and properties, which is a precursor for the production of graphenes.
