Abstract: The function of the nucleic acid vaccines is to directly introduce the viral gene fragments (DNA or RNA) encoding a certain antigen protein into animal cells and produce the antigen protein through the protein synthesis system of the host cell. So that the foreign gene can be expressed in the animal cell. By inducing the host to produce specific humoral and cellular immune responses to the antigen protein, we can achieve the purpose of preventing and treating diseases. Summary: The htDNA-chip® technology platform can greatly shorten the vaccine development time and also ensure accuracy.References:
