Abstract: Las propiedades fisicoquímicas de 62 muestras de mieles fueron estudiaron conforme a las directrices establecidas en métodos armonizados de la Comisión Internacional de la Miel (ICH, 2002)Summary: En éste trabajo se ha planteado un estudio analítico tendiente a la evaluación de las propiedades fisicoquímicas y perfil de aromas volátiles de mieles florales y monoflorales colombianas.
