Abstract: Metabolomics is a critical tool for biological research because of close proximity to the phenotype and giving quick insight into system perturbations. Yet it also provides challenges because there are an overwhelming number of chemically diverse metabolites within a large concentration range. There can also be variability due to a person's diet and metabolism, and bottleneck can also occur. The Pegasus HT/4D provides speed, robustness, enhanced sensitivity, and a variety of tools to give you rich data through one injection.Summary: The Pegasus series of mass spectrometers are indispensable tools for metabolomics research:

-Confirmation
