Abstract: Untargeted metabolomics is mainly conducted to comprehensively understand biochemical information metabolism in organisms. Using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology, almost all metabolites under certain physiological or other specific conditions can be qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed for the identification of different metabolites.
